A community garden, (within the grounds of the Terryland Forest Park, at the back of the Cluain Fada estate on the Headford Road) where local volunteers plant, grow and harvest a wide range of fruits and vegetables.
Features
The garden has a polytunnel, a pizza oven (made from local marl), an indoor kitchen, toilet, and the outline of a Celtic Cross on its main walkway.
Produce
A wide variety of fruit and vegetables including onions, lettuce, garlic, carrots, turnips, parsnips, potatoes, peas, beans, courgette, aubergine, corn, kohlrabi, pak choi, fruit bushes, wildflowers and trees.
